Associate Professional Development Roundtable
Associate roundtable engagements begin with each individual participating in The Highlands Ability Battery and follow with a series of facilitated roundtable discussions and individual coaching. These engagements offer participants personal insight into their innate abilities — identifying their strengths, areas for professional development and potential challenges. Associates can then utilize this knowledge for managing their practice and career in a more informed and effective manner. Through the individual coaching component of this program, Associates create individual professional development plans tailored to meet their goals.
